2 DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICT OF INTERESTS

Moved by Cr Stennett, Seconded by Cr Bennett That in accordance with Section 89 (2) (f) of the Local Government Act 1989 the Council should resolve to go into camera and close the meeting to the public as the matters to be dealt with relate to legal advice. |
The meeting was closed to the public at 7:31pm.

Moved by Cr Munroe, Seconded by Cr Stennett That the meeting move out of camera and be reopened to the public. |
The meeting was reopened to the public at 7:54pm.
