AGENDA
2 DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICT OF INTERESTS
4 Confidential Report – Contractual matter
RECOMMENDATION That in accordance with Section 61 (1) and 66 (2) (a) of the Local Government Act 2020 the Council should resolve to go into camera and close the meeting for the consideration of this item, as the matter to be discussed is confidential information for the purposes of section 3 (1) (g) of the Local Government Act 2020, because it is private commercial information, being information provided by a business, commercial or financial undertaking that (Section 3 (1) (g) (ii); if released, would unreasonably expose the business, commercial or financial undertaking to disadvantage. This ground applies because the matter concerns commercial-in-confidence tender prices. Announcement of the overall contract outcomes and the successful contractor has also been embargoed until public project launch on 20 May 2021. |
